Paying for or Redeeming a Redemption Code

Hello Pathways students!

After you have enrolled in your class, and launched into Möbius for the first time and gaining ~28 days courtesy access to all the online materials, you will need to pay for or redeem a 16-digit Redemption code to gain permanent access to the online materials through the end of the course.

Note: the 8-digit Enroll code given to you by your instructor is different from a 16-digit Redemption code. Enroll codes put you in the class, and Redemption codes give you access to the online materials beyond the courtesy period.

IMPORTANT! You must use one of the methods below to pay for or redeem a Redemption code.

Option 1 - Use link in confirmation email to purchase: After activating your Courtesy Access, you'll receive a confirmation email from support@digitaled.com. Note: If you can't locate the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. At the bottom of the email, there is a link to pay for full access to the online materials.



Option 2 - Use link in confirmation email to redeem code bought at bookstore: After activating your Courtesy Access, you'll receive an email from support@digitaled.com. Note: If you can't locate the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. At the bottom of the email, there is a link to redeem the 16-digit Redemption code that you purchased at the bookstore. Make sure to enter your code exactly as printed (with CAPS and dashes).



Option 3 - Use Purchase or Redeem button on Pathways Portal: Log in to your Pathways Portal account on portal.carnegiemathpathways.org and use the Purchase or Redeem button to pay for or redeem a 16-digit Redemption code. Make sure to enter your code exactly as printed (with CAPS and dashes).

Note: If you try to launch into your course after the ~28 days passes, without having paid for or redeem a Redemption code, you will be prompted to pay or redeem a code for full access.
