Paying for or Redeeming a Redemption Code

Hello Pathways students!

After you have enrolled in your class, and launched into Möbius for the first time and gaining ~28 days courtesy access to all the online materials, you will need to pay for or redeem a 16-digit Redemption code to gain permanent access to the online materials through the end of the course.

Note: the 8-digit Enroll code given to you by your instructor is different from a 16-digit Redemption code. Enroll codes put you in the class, and Redemption codes give you access to the online materials beyond the courtesy period.

Option 1 - Use link in confirmation email to purchase: After activating your Courtesy Access, you'll receive a confirmation email from support@digitaled.com. Note: If you can't locate the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. At the bottom of this email, there is a link to pay for full access to the online materials.



Option 2 - Use link in confirmation email to redeem code bought at bookstore: After activating your Courtesy Access, you'll receive an email from support@digitaled.com. Note: If you can't locate the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. At the bottom of this email, there is a link to redeem the 16-digit Redemption code that you purchased at the bookstore.



Option 3 - Use Purchase or Redeem button on Pathways Portal: Log in to your Pathways Portal account on portal.carnegiemathpathways.org and use the Purchase or Redeem button to pay for or redeem a 16-digit Redemption code.

Note: If you try to launch into your course after the ~28 days passes, without having paid for or redeem a Redemption code, you will be prompted to pay or redeem a code for full access.
